NEW CLIENTS: Please try to arrive 5-10mins early to fill out my consent form(s). Masks are recommended but not required. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appt and the remaining will be due at your after your service(s). I accept Cash, ApplePay, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, & Zelle.
If you need to book an appointment before/after hours, holidays, or non-working days, it’ll be an additional fee of $30. My time is precious so please be on time. If you are more than 10 mins late, there will be a $10 late fee. Anything after 15mins will be a possible rescheduling. Thank you🙂
•Please give at least a 24 hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointments. • If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of service. •If you No Call/No Show your appointment 30mins after appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the service.
Please come with a fresh face meaning no moisturizers, oil based products, leftover eye makeup residue like strip lash glue or mascara. Otherwise, you will get charged $10 extra for the time spent to clean off any leftover residue. And avoid caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks) 3 hours prior.
No additional guests are allowed unless they’re receiving a service. No one is allowed in the lash room besides myself & the client. For safety and sanitation purposes of the beauty salon/boutique, children are prohibited.

This refill is valid for 8 days or less since your last fill or full set. You must have at least 70% or more lashes still remaining or you may be subject for a higher fill price or full set. Lash bath is included 🫧
FOR YOUR SAFETY** If you have existing lash extensions with regular glue, we must start fresh with a removal and a new set. Regular glue is NOT compliant with UV lash glue/system.

I will evaluate your lashes when you come in and determine if I’m able to work over your previous tech’s work. If not, due to the poor isolation of lashes (clumped) and unhealthy hygiene; we will need to reschedule if needed and start fresh with a removal/full set. Thanks for understanding!
